Garmin running watches – It’s not required that athletes use Garmin. They just need a running watch.

Information on spikes

  • Cross country usually uses 1/4″ or 3/8″ if conditions are slick. 1/2″ might be used in extreme conditions.
  • Track is 1/4″. Some facilities have strict rules requiring 1/4″ pyramid-style spikes.
